
Here are the babies sticking their heads out of the nest, thier eyes are just starting to open now. They wiggle around so much at times I wonder how they will both stay on that nest when they get bigger.
Here they are cuddled up together, they are even starting to get a few tiny little pin feathers.

oh my gosh, my friend Debbie Collins told me about your site (friend of Joanne Graham....). i love it! your photography is beautiful. I am surprised you are able to get anything done, i wouldn't be able to do anything but watch these three for hours on end. i have a Bewick's wren and some chicks in my yard but my view is so much more obscured than yours.... thank you so much for sharing and photographing the nest, it is great.

Glad you are enjoying the blog. I must admit it is hard to pull myself away from watching that nest, but I manage somehow. Now to top off this little blessing, I have a nuthatch who has decided to take seed right from my hand. I bet it will be fun for you when you get to watch the brewick's wren with her fledglings once they fledge from the nest.
